I just finished reading Utopia for Realists and as someone who describes himself as a “pragmatic optimist,”1 this book had a perfect balance of big ideas backed by science and research. Worth a read if you’re also into cutting-edge ideas like universal basic income.
I started playing Tunic for PS5 and it’s beautiful, simple, and deeply frustrating. It’s one of those video games where you piece things together as you go (you literally piece together what to do next by finding pages to an instruction manual). The twist?
